THE SPRINT · PILOT

A small group, a deadline every week, real reviews on your code, and a working RAG system in your portfolio at the end. Everything you learn from stays free on this site.
WHAT YOU BUILD
One RAG system, one layer a week.
-
WEEK 1

Load, clean and chunk real documents, starting from the starter repo.
YOU SHIP: a searchable document index
-
WEEK 2
Retrieve
Hybrid search with BM25 and vectors, reranking, and top-k tuned on purpose.
YOU SHIP: a retriever with measured recall
-
WEEK 3
Evaluate
Build a test set, score it with Ragas, and fix what the scores point to.
YOU SHIP: an evaluation report, before and after
-
WEEK 4
Ship
Serve it behind an API, add tracing, and demo it to the group.
YOU SHIP: a live demo and a public repo
HOW IT RUNS
Built so you finish.
- DEADLINE One deliverable a week, pushed to your own GitHub repo
- CHECKS Your repo is run against evaluation scripts, so you see scores, not just a tick
- REVIEW Classmates review your pull requests, and you review theirs
- LIVE One live session a week with Sumit: questions, code reviews, the week ahead
- DEMO Week 4 ends with a demo you can link from your CV
WHO IT'S FOR
- Students, developers and data scientists who can write Python
- Anyone who wants one real, production RAG project in their portfolio
- Anyone who has watched the videos and now wants to build, with deadlines
New to Python? Start with the free path first.
WHAT IT'S NOT
- No placement promises
- No sales calls
- No 40-hour video course
- No upsell after you join
PRICE
One flat price, announced to the waitlist first.
Everything you'd learn from is already free on this site. In the Sprint you pay for the deadlines, the reviews and finishing. The waitlist form asks what you'd pay, and those answers set the price.
When does the pilot start?
Once the waitlist is big enough for a pilot group. Everyone on the waitlist hears first, by email.
Do I need GenAI experience?
No. You need Python and some data science or software background. The free path covers the ideas you'll use.
How much time does it take?
Plan for about 5 to 6 hours a week, including the live session.
Is there a certificate?
You finish with a public repo, an evaluation report and a demo. A hiring manager can check all three, which is more than a certificate gives them.
What if I can't continue?
The refund rule is published together with the price, before anyone pays.
Can I do it on my own, for free?
Yes. Follow the free path. The Sprint adds deadlines, reviews and a group to build with.
